This is an article I posted already. Nothing new, SF is a world class city that may be slightly tarnished lately with the homeless (what city hasn’t been?) and cleanliness issue but we are still the tail that wags the dog. At the end of the day, we have the jobs and the question is, is this a nice place to live or not? Of course it is. Why else this? An ok Sunset home goes for 634K over asking to a tune of 2.1M!!!
