Same. In fact that Tahoe Keys house I posted sold in less than a week.
Yeah I was surprised. I walked by it yesterday. Bad location but a cheap price. A lot iof out of towners go for price. Busy street and at the ass end of the lagoon. Poor water quality and debris collects there.

I never understood why they and some many people and what they did. They tried to recruit me then couldn’t even competently schedule the on-site interview.
