I know. It’s all garbage, and the Bay Area will beat all of them. Maybe @hanera should down play Austin, so he can buy more homes before others catch on.

Prices have run up so much, I have given up buying any more rentals. Yield is f… low. Many Californians from Apple, Google, Amazon, Facebook, Tesla, … keep coming there to buy - they are as aggressive as when they are in SV, overbids! spoilt the market, used to be you can easily get 5-10% below asking. Now has to pay 5-10% higher than asking. Many houses are now multi-bids instead of you are the only bid.
