Exactly. While the rest of Bay Area, especially South Bay, progresses SF just sits there twiddling thumbs.

Most high profile Chinese restaurants chose to open in South Bay nowadays.

SF is full of poor people and South Bay is full of rich ones. SF wants to kick out upper middle class and even middle class so that that can leave SF to poor people only

South Bay has way better Vietnamese food than SF. I have yet to find one in SF that’s as good as SJ. I also missed Korea Town in Santa Clara.
