She covers the staging expense, so it’s hard to complaint no video

yup, i’m totally fine. They gotta make money too, already free staging and professional photograph.

Oh yeah, I know. It is fun having some laughs when we already know that @dioworld made out well and within the end of his cap gain exclusion period. Also, beating out his neighbor’s listing despite listing after is always sweet.
