Americans are moving out of Chicago, Los Angeles and Detroit.
It’s surprising that Los Angeles has become a city to be abandoned.

True but LA still has beautiful beach cities.
Livable only if you are rich and live on the beach.

Title doesn’t match the details. For example, for Albuquerque, they’re saying that the growth rate has slowed down. Hardly makes it a city that’s being abandoned.
There are reasons to leave there, but none listed. Like difficulty getting a job and a diminishing water supply.

Terri, you must have read it wrong. SF-Oakland-Hayward is the #10 City in the flocking list, it’s not on the abandoning list at all.
