gotta buy an acre lot in multiple centers. worst case, i will own large patches of land in ok places 
You will have your butt frozen six months a year though. But the Y Combinator guy said the restaurant scene there is heating up? Maybe good things are coming their way.
Why move to Pittsburgh? Vallejo is always affordable.
