That is energy related CO2 emission. That’s good but only one part of the puzzle. That means we have successfully moved away from fossil fuel towards renewable source in our energy mix. But that doesn’t address other sources of CO2 emission like transportation, agriculture etc, and other greenhouse gases.
We have made progress. Good news. We need to do more.

Yup, and there’s the real answer. Nothing we ever do will ever be enough, and the climate change people will never stop. It’s really about destroying capitalism and has zero to do with the environment. They just need something that scares people enough that they’ll agree to destroying capitalism.
The fact it’s called science is an embarrassment to science. Everything from picking the starting point to when the earth was cooler due to volcanic eruption to revising the data over and over to get the conclusion they want. People just don’t care, since they feel scared and want something done.

Global warming is easily solved. Remember the nuclear winter scare? We just need another WW and the global cooling will stop the global warming and reduce population… that is what the real radicals want( like Michael Moore) they basically consider Humans a virus that is destroying the planet.

Wow. I had to look that up. Why isn’t this all over the MSM? All they had to do was allow the natural gas and coal plants to produce more electricity. They produce far below their limits due to EPA regulations. The crisis was entirely avoidable.

The Biden administration just killed people for purely political reasons by refusing to allow power generation during the storm. Nearly the entire US media has responded by concocting a false narrative claiming that Texas power generation isn’t regulated by the Feds (an utter lie) and blaming the problems on Texas exclusively. I only found out from people in Texas who work in the power industry.

hmkay. I also have friends in energy in Texas and am not hearing this at all.
A friend in Houston just called. Water is back on, but most fixtures don’t work… probably clogged aerators. Which are easy to unscrew, clean and put back on. I explained the procedure.
The 2 clogged shower valves on the other hand… some manufacturers make it easy (Delta: just change the cartridge for $40)… not in her case though.
