We will crash at your palace next year. 
Listed on Jun 1, went pending. Not indicated on Redfin yet. Austin property is very HOT. Problem of using metro to gauge temperature of RE market is it is macro and doesn’t reveal that some neighborhoods are cold, some are very hot.
How much is the rent?
