i certainly don’t, and wife hates it. Our favorite boba tea place only uses cash, and sometimes, we have to skip it because i am a cashless person

No need, since it actually happened to me when I wanted to deposit some buy-out cash into my tenant’s account at BofA about a month ago. I just assumed this was just BofA specific since they already do uncustomer friendly stuff like closing early on Saturdays. Nope, guess not…
I actually don’t use Venmo, but most of my friends do. They only have like $5-10 in their wallets. I get laughed at for carrying at least $40 around.

I get it everyone wants to earn credit card points but come on. Think about it, what if something happened where your wallet full of cards and such is stolen. You gotta have some cash in your pocket just in case.
I have about a grand in Paypal from eBay sales but not everyone uses it. I guess I am turning into that shady chinese guy who likes to use cash since no paper trail…

My logic for carrying cash is this: if I get robbed, they might not hurt me since they can take my money. If they rob you and find that you are penniless, good luck keeping your body intact…

My money sits in my wallet, when i have cash (which almost never happens).
Either way, I don’t use credit cards because of points (i tend to not spend for some reason, i have 240K points sitting in my chase), i use it because of its convenience.
