Bay Area home prices continue to slip

I have another thread on the SF case shiller index turning negative this month. You can look at the chart. There were a few times this has happened in the past. Every time it happened it came back stronger than ever. Is this time different?

[image] For the first time since early 2012, the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Index for single-family home values within the San Francisco Metropolitan Area – which includes the East Bay, North Bay and Peninsula – has dropped on a year-over-year basis.
