But, but, we see guys inviting people to real estate seminars where they will learn to flip “foreclosures”. 
Sorry, but the Bay Area market is not for the faint of heart (or wallet)…anyone telling you otherwise is wasting your time.

My point is that they invite you telling you to just buy a property, and with their own money, you can make a killing. Really? That easy…
