This is even better. It’s the city rankings. San Jose beat Seattle and the fab 7x7 didn’t even make top 10.
Look like my foray into Austin is correct. IMHO, is still in an early stage since not many foreigners are focusing on Austin yet… according to my property manager, investors are mostly from California. The main concern I have is effort to improve transportation infrastructure is painfully slow… result in heavy jam between NS and EW traffic.
But Arkansas is ranked higher than Seattle??

Texans love California investors. .They get blinded by high cap rates…Don’t notice the low barriers to entry, high maintenance costs, high vacancies and high property taxes…
