Buy the dip in the housing market in 2019

Yea, coming Jan and 2020 Election year will be quite interesting to see. Inventory is quite low which shows Sellers are also being patient and waiting for long game. I see some listing not selling, then later on see those got listed for rent.

Happen often. Are you saying more than usual?

Went to Fremont, Union City, Milpitas, SJ all new homes are discounted like 3-5%. Unsure about Santa Clara where they are building pockets of TH in low 1M range. The volume is so low I doubt they have trouble selling near high tech center.
I seriously doubt 2020 local homes(new or previously owned) will cost more than 2019.
