Come on @manch, even in the Redfin description has to literally push this by saying this is such a great project. If it were a great project it would have been snapped up already…
Jarvis ave is higher traffic road, better to avoid. I really do not see any great location coming out.
This was the best for rebuild option, went out pending after first OH.

Depends on the price. If they cut the price by 50% I bet this will become a great project.
