Nobody swings a hammer anymore. They use nail guns. We need trade schools for auto mechanics, carpenters, electrical, plumbing, hvac, and all the other trades. Too many college educated baristas, not enough skilled blue collar workers .

It’s hard to convince people to do manual work. The money is good but people rather work in retail for minimum wage then sweat a bit. 
That just means they are not paying enough money in blue collar jobs. Double the pay and people will come.
