2nd one even needs flooring redone. Unbelievable prices - almost 1400$/ft.

Don’t remind me. Look to buy at that area since 2014 but lose a few bids and gave up.

I had chances to buy at 1.2 and 1.4. Didnt do at both times.

Yes 94087 has surpassed Cupertino in prices thank to Apple, Google and Facebook employees all fighting for the same zip code.

So Cherry Chase is now around 2.2M for a run-of-the-mill, livable 1500 ft house? How much is a similar house on the other side of Lawrence in Santa Clara? 1.6M? Want to get a mental model for South Bay prices.
