Absolutely. Urban always beats rural hands down.
It was urban vs suburban. Rural population is too small to be a concern.

The rural thing isn’t surprising. You need enough population density, or you have to drive a long ways for even a decent grocery store. Those areas really lack hospital service and doctor offices.
