True…True…I do not deny…fresh from the issues, thinking only how to get rid of real estate even now. but it looks 5 years down the lane recovery for real estate.

My one of the rental contracts is getting over in Sep 2020. In case, I make big profits in stock this year, I may even get rid of that home - at loss - after Sep 2020 so that I can write off real estate sale loss with stocks gain…

When did you buy this house? Anything from 2 years or more ago shouldn’t be at a lose?

It was 2018, for 1.5M, but recent appraisal came up with 1.45M (Refinancing appraisal is stringent). This is hard to sell when real estate drops.

1.5m property as rental?
This is SFH? How does the rent even come close to covering? You were banking on appreciation ?
