there are more: keen home is one of them. I like the idea. combine it with nest, it could be great.
I am curious, though, how this compares to multi zone systems. On paper from 10k feet, this seems better than that, because you can control individual room temperatures etc.
My favorites are smart sprinklers, blinds, thermostats, and usual home security sensors etc. not a fan of smart appliances
