If you like the midwestern country-club lifestyle, Danville is a great location. Less diverse, more conservative with manicured neighborhoods on golf courses and pretty good schools.
I like Tri Valley. Reminds me of San Jose but newer. It’s just a bit too hot for me in the summer though.
I heard about this too, but I heard only certain part / community area only.
