This should tell us a little bit about the state of SF housing. I suppose it may still go over 1M but maybe not. What do you guys think?
That’s a crappy house though. No garage and 90 years old.
You know, i didn’t even notice the garage missing. That would be a deal breaker for me. Wasn’t there a similar house like this where the owner subsequently took that front section out and illegally made a curb cut to make parking spaces? What ever happened to that house and situation?
