@caiguycaiguy how much is the construction cost for your projects? Are they considered as big projects? I got quoted $70k for a porch conversion that requires adding a support (~$560/sq ft) by one contractor in April. Other contractors wouldn’t give a number, and wanted me to get an architect’s plan first.
