Jobs in the health care sector are fairly immune to outsourcing and automation. I’d like to see a future where truck drivers get retrained as, say, dental hygienists. My Russian dentist has fairly big, manly hands. Unlike @Elt1 I am not convinced men hands are too big for dental work. 
My wife can get free medical and dental in Russia…She would rather pay our female small Mexican dentist than trust the Russian health care system
