Noticed you live in Tahoe . What’s your opinion?

Was owner/user purchased in 2005. Owner sold business and wants to now sell property. What do you think. I value your opinion and you seem knowledgable. Thanks Adam
My major concerns is the difficulty renting it if it goes dark. .

Interesting. Pot grower clients?. I will drive by. I have apartments In Tahoe I will sell at an 8 cap. I always worry about single client buildings. Seems like they could get wiped out by HD or online retailers.
