Would it help to submit a suggestion to Redfin (and/or any real estate website) to allow filtering by land lease and/or HOA fee?
I know that this forum is not affiliated with Redfin or any real estate company. I am just asking for opinions.
I am interested in purchasing a mobile home in a Resident Owned Community (ROC), although I will consider homes in parks with relatively low land lease amounts. It is difficult to find relevant homes. I can find them but it would easier if I can filter results as indicated above. Is there any chance they would implement such a thing?
