I’d worry if they even pulled any permits. Don’t think the building department in SF is that quick with permits and inspections.
Rates are sky high and flippers’ carrying cost is therefore high as well. Makes sense they are trying to hurry things through. I’d be very careful to make sure they don’t cut any corners.
