Folks, Does this warrant a further foundation inspection or common observation. House is built in 1968.

Inspection says it’s not a great concern. Are you going to flip or keep? If flipping, this shouldn’t be a big problem since inspector is not sounding alarms
If the floor is level, probably not a big deal
Filling up my knowledge around cracks - is horizontal cracks are worse than vertical ones?
Horizontal are rare… often cold joints due to poor construction techniques…May look bad but have been there a long time…Another horizontal crack can come for rusting rebar…Can mean a need for a new foundation and salt intrusion mitigation
