Are there really that many mega mansions in Fremont? It does not want more property taxes?
Stupid overreaction to some NIMBYs who have nothing to do but complain. First of all, Fremont lots are generally pretty large, so I haven’t really seen houses like say in the Fab 7x7 where they are so close to property lines (relatively speaking) to bother anyone. To cap a second story to 25% of the first story is so arbitrary. Don’t make me sell, Fremont!!!
