I understand warm springs is coming up area, but schools are shown 10-10-10 here. Do you feel this one is attractive for investment? I see cap rate appx 3.15%.
It would be worth the investment if it were a fixer. You would ever want to buy a turn key home if you are actually going to live in it. Or you are so financially constrained that you cannot come up with the money to fix it up.
Looks like a decent deal. It’s just down the street from the new Warm Springs Bart Station.
Did you check to see if the condo unit has rental restrictions?
In 2010 went to Warms Spring to check out the new condos, all don’t allow unit to be rented out in the first year.
