There is lot to do rather than being stuck far away in Evergreen or Alamden

Which area is still un-incorporated in Cambrian Park?
Most of houses with 5-digit address (originally un-incorporated area) have San Jose address.

Are they still un-incorporated?
I heard that homes in originally un-incorporated area have septic tank underground in backyard although they may be hooked up to public sewer now.

Not a big deal. Easy to find and fill in. Usually is only the size of a hot tub. Old ones are made of wood. Easy to collapse and fill.
