I am not crazy about the paint color of the house though. That purple looks shitty. Should have painted a more modern looking color. That shitty color costs owner 100K easy.
The concrete wall would have looked okay if the owner went all the way and not just half way. Now it looks like cardboard.
I kinda like the halfway look. All the way looks too industrial.

I think it should either go industrial all the way or none at all. The way it is now reminds me of those temp displays from Ikea.
That is an awesome backyard for looking at, but your kids will never be able to play in it.
