Government amazes me. I was part of a bunch of student organizations in college. They all had a budget. We knew you couldn’t 100% predict how many students would return the following semester, so everyone budgeted 10% less than expected revenue. A couple of weeks into the semester, we got the actual revenues. Then we’d allocate the remaining amount. It’s a sensible approach when your revenue varies. How a bunch of college students are far more practical than the government amazes me.
Even Central Valley has a 2% vacancy. Is Stockton doing very well now?
