Pols doing voters’ bidding. That’s what you get when most people in town rent. And why aren’t devs building more houses? Because of NIMBY property owners. There. We are to blame. 
Well, good politicians see both sides and respond with real workable solutions. How long have we been talking about the shortage of housing in the Fab 7x7? Eons. The problem with our fabulous leaders is that they think they can actually dictate to the market and developers as to how many affordable units you must include. Uh, no. If you make it too expensive or relatively more expensive than say another area to develop guess what? The developers go away. Simple as that. No additional housing for you.
