Sell your properties, we can help you to put them into a 1031 and then defer the capital gain taxes for 30 years. Then, use the entire proceeds to do whatever you want in life, then worry about it 30 years down the road. Or, let whoever is in charge of your estate take care of the capital gain tax payments down the road. :wink:
