Whites are still the majority. .But millennials are slacking…They are delaying everthing including homebuying. .They figure they will live ten to twenty years longer than people do now to 90 or so, so they have pleny of time. .They are now the largest generation and over the next 30 years they will inherit somewhere between $50 to 100 trillion from boomers who are currently the richest generation in history…
