I don’t get the RE there. It’s super expensive since it’s on the water, but it’s really only commutable to Tacoma. Tacoma isn’t exactly known for high-paying jobs. There’s very, very few people in that area that could afford that home.

I been entering to win this Mountain Dream Home in Montana.
Like most people, IF I win, I will need to sell to pay the taxes… Come on up now. The taxes upfront and ongoing and the upkeep will kill regular folks.
