So if she’s only lived there 3 years, then she can’t legally stay right?
I watched the video, but I don’t understand her situation or the seller’s situation.
Was she invited to stay there by the previous owner? And now that owner is gone, that doesn’t mean she has right to stay, even if it is a tough situation.

That’s what I was hearing - that the guy invited her to live there, and then wanted her out. And from the guy’s point of view, she wouldn’t leave when asked and he was feeling helpless (because he’s old and can’t deal).
But if by her admission she was there for 3 years, then she has no legal status as a squatter. That required 15.
