Looked a house and inclined to put offer. However on inspected report noted horizontal cracks in foundation at 2 location and 1 vertical. My realtor says its easy fix may be 10K, but I am still concerned, as it will be problem if I decide to sell in future. First time home buyer here. Appreciate any inputs.
Look for settlement, water intrusion, fill or other indicators for bad soil. Cracks are common and rarely need repairs. Talk to Foundations Corrections for an estimate.
