Building a new home would be what? Another $700K-$1 M?

Anybody willing to invest there? I would think some hmmm…I will call them “innocent” people coming out of grabbing and cashing their IPOs will.

Oh my god. 1.5M land value at the worst neighborhood in town. I had a chance to purchase something in a better part of town for $1M back in 2014. I passed that opportunity and opted for something in West SJ… :frowning:
