It seems this type of scenarios are pretty common in this country. What the heck! Everywhere!
This lady in the picture, begs for money claiming to be homeless. After these guys revealed her secret, she goes into “I am disabled”, which can be valid but for the way she runs back and forth on the street divider I would say she ain’t handicapped nor disabled. She seems to be pretty fit.
