Socialists and communists are innocent only till not in power. Once they come into power, they become authoritarian and dictatorial. Just see what these innocent rioters, looters, and arsonists are doing. They were innocuous people asking the basic things till they started shooting cops and burning properties and business.

There are plenty of essentially socialist countries in Europe not run by dictators. Free healthcare, free college. Not my cup of tea but authoritarians can rise to power in just about all economic regimes.
Europe has already killed all the dissent so their rulers no longer need to be violently authoritarian and dictatorial. Much like in California. But not so in Washington and Oregon.

For the past 3+ years, actually almost 4, everything Trump has done has been put under a microscope and yet nothing has stuck.
To recap,Trump beats Hillary, investigations start almost the next day, nothing sticks. Even the latest NY Times article on his taxes (a large document of out of context ifâs and maybeâs) is not getting traction and actually comments that there is no Russian connection. The MSM reports on each and every word he says, and what it means, could mean, maybe means, and goes at it line by line (MSNBC did this one night) and finds, wait for it, nothing.

Thatâs the problem with trying to take down a dirty cop. Everything has stuck but as the head of the executive branch he has obstructed justice and/or fired the investigators. He filled up the DOJ with cronies (Bill Barr) that are lenient on his friends (Stone, Flynn) and insist he cannot be prosecuted while in office. Don the Con doesnât care about the American peopleâŚone of the main reasons he wants to get re-elected is to run out the clock on the statute of limitations from crimes committed pre-2016 so that he doesnât die in jail for tax fraud.
