I just created this account so I can expand my network. I am an active user in BiggerPockets. A little background about myself: I started my career in real estate accounting (non-CPA) about 17 years ago. I worked from residential, affordable housing, luxury condos, hotels, self-service storage, office spaces, commercial, shopping centers, and development.
I started my businesses that focuses on Accounting and Consultation for all real estate related. I probably offer the lowest rate in the industry because I can do the work much quicker than regular bookkeepers who do not know how to analyze financials.
