I’d check the neighborhood. S of 280 can be rough.

I see near by home “844 Palm Street San Jose, CA 95110” 3bd 2BH rent for $2600. This 2Bd 1BH may be around $1750. Cap rate is low at 2.5% level.

Low cap rate, not attractive.

MLS text says “3 bedrooms”… maybe one without a closet? Might be worth to check out.

The neighborhood is generally rough. The house itself looks clean. I had one in there. … on Ford Ave.
Mine had 2 additional units (unpermitted) in the back. A real cash cow.

Redfin estimate is close to 600k. Plus it was sold at 430k 3 years ago. It could sell for much more than listing price
