Fremont-based entrepreneur Aniil Yadov – the largest Jack in the Box franchisee in the country – has added another asset to his growing portfolio: Gilroy’s Eagle Ridge Golf Course.
A company connected to Yadov closed on the 18-hole course this week, according to public records, paying $3.8 million.
That’s pretty cheap for a golf course. I thought they were much more expensive.
