Um… their population is set to decline by 25% within a hundred years, so they should be thinking about taking up more space, not minimizing what they already have…

Go to EPA IKEA, I think they even have a 392 sf home model with furniture layout. You store under the floor.

Actually with the closure of Techshop, I’ve been on Facebook a lot, but I should be otherwise attempting to make some $$ rather than chatting with those who do… 
Yes I probably spend too much time on here as well and should be doing something more productive instead…

I think the key is high ceiling. It can make small space feel big.
