I see this street once in a while on my way in and out to get my kids at school. I use this home as a barometer for the advantage some people get when they are not asinine, or should I say prejudiced against a “location”.
This home has been sold 3-4 times, and now it is on the market again. I am watching it to feel the market. If it sells beyond $700K, I may sell and get the shell out of here.
Check the property on 192 Checkers Dr, a 4 beds and 2-1/2 baths sold for $689K. It went cheap. Better, owner spent $50K in repairs, much better than this house of one level.
You guys missed a big opportunity here in ESJ.
