Jobs, Jobs, Jobs

will switching to 4 days work week create more jobs?

No. But switching to 8:30-2:30pm part time jobs would open up jobs for all the mothers out there…

I hope we return to healthy families in America where parents actually look after their children and spend time with them.

And many of the employees want to return to the days of slavery (pre1850). Permanent job with Master. Free healthcare, free Food. And of course , the Master will fight should the other slave owners try to poach.

nice bit of change

Ability to unionize depends upon desire of others in the same profession and line of work to be part of union ( or desire to bargain as a single unit - collective bargaining). My good lucks to architects aspiring to unionize. All the workers yearning the days of slavery should come to California and press the friendly government here to return the state to the good old days of early 1800s. You will have a slave quarters in the corner, guards will be around to protect. And master will make sure you remain well fed and healthy to be able to do the work day after day. All work and no worry of ever loosing the job and sleeping without food…

No mention of vaccine mandates. In some areas hospitals have lost up to 4% of their staff over it.
