IMHO is because there are two large groups of Muslims. Shiite, the smaller group is being harassed by the bigger group, Sunni and can’t go to other Muslim countries because those are also populated by Sunni.

Shiite and Sunni need to learn about forgiveness and love. They should lean to love each other and forgive each other.
