It’s a quick flip. Bought on Jan 18th 2017 for 1.2M and listed for sale again on May 26th for 1.4M. So roughly 4 months of rehab. New kitchen and bathrooms. They bought at a great price.
See, look at what can be accomplished in a mere few months of rehab if you know what you are doing. Let’s see what kind of money they pull off on this one…

I see, cool, let us know what kind of hands-on learning was achieved. It has been awhile for me on a full remodel so don’t know what the heck new bells and whistles people put in. I’m not an SFer but isn’t in an issue that the only access to the yard is through a bedroom? I guess since it is 5 beds, one is just used as a den/yard access rm?
That’s not a real concern because they have 2 rooms that can access the backyard.
You’re right, it is not ideal. Can get messy if you like to garden, etc. What can you say? That is the Fab 7x7 for ya. I guess that is another reason why some folks move down or east for some actual yard space that you access via a patio door or side fence door. There are some homes where you have to go through a “bedroom” to get to the backside of the home or have to walk through the kitchen that is on the far side since there is no hallway per se. Still, they sell like hot cakes…
